NEVER PASS ON PASO

I CAN'T GO TO this, but if you can, you should. Seriously. Top-notch steak, seafood and other bites; great wines from one of the top wine regions in the state. And it's a great cause that will always be so very close to my heart -- Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Details: The event is 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13 at Morton’s The Steakhouse San Jose. It features 14 wineries from Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, and bites to keep you from feeling woozy.
