LEMONADE WITH KICK

I LOVE LEMONS and wish I would take the time to make fresh lemonade more often. Thankfully, my inbox last week included a little inspiration to pick, squeeze and pour. Here's a recipe for a lemon libation that's tasty enough to share:

Chambord Lemonade

1½ ounces vodka

½ ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur

3 ounces fresh squeezed and sweetened lemonade

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into tall glass.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Sip and relax.
